For Buyers

1How do I contact a seller?
Sellers may be contacted directly with the "Ask a Question" button on the right side of the product page.
2Is payment information secure?
Yes. Red Truck uses Stripe to process payments securely. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available.
3When will my product ship?
Sellers are required to ship within three business days of the sale. You will receive a notification when the product has shipped.
4What's your return policy?
Red Truck will issue a full refund to buyers if your item is damaged, never shipped, or arrives not as described. Please refer to the Red Truck Guarantee to learn more about our commitment to protecting buyers. If you receive an item and decide that it is simply not for you, the seller is not required to issue a refund but you may request one. Contact them through the site to ask about a refund, or re-list the item for sale.

For Sellers

1How do I list an item?
Listing is simple. You may create a vendor account or choose the quick list option. In the listing process, you will have the option to set the sale price for your item or create an auction and determine a time frame. Once the item has sold and payment is received by Red Truck, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and easy-to-follow instructions. The buyer will be provided with the tracking number affiliated with the shipping label. The buyer has three days from the time of delivery to open a dispute. Once that time frame passes then the funds will be delivered to your account.
2What are the image and content guidelines?
We encourage sellers to upload at least three high-quality images of your gear from multiple angles. Please refer to our Quick Photography Guide for easy ways to create images that sell.
3What are my shipping options?
Buyers pay for shipping during checkout. After a sale, the seller receives a prepaid shipping label so all the seller needs to do is print, pack, and follow the shipping instructions.
4What are the fees?
It is free to list items or create auctions on Red Truck. When the item sells, we take a fee of 15% of the final item price. Of that amount, 5% is sent directly to the partner cause, Red Truck retains 7%, and the rest is credit card processing fees.
