Red Truck will issue a full refund to buyers if your item is damaged, never shipped, or arrives not as described. It is imperative that buyers and sellers keep all negotiations, sales, purchases, and swaps on the Red Truck platform in order to take advantage of this guarantee. We are unable to monitor or account for communications between buyer and seller off-site, and therefore will not cover such transactions in the guarantee.
Red Truck takes careful measures to protect both buyers and sellers. Payments are only released to the seller once buyers have received the item in good condition. A tracking number will be created for every item purchased so you can monitor the shipment from door-to-door. Buyers have three days to open a dispute beginning at the time of delivery. After three days, the order becomes non-refundable.
If you wish to open a dispute, please send an email to email@example.com and explain your dispute. Include as much information as possible. Once we’ve received your email, we will guide you through the process. If the dispute is settled in your favor, you can return the item to the seller for a full refund.
